Hello! My name is Mel Pubil and I am from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I am very happy to be in my fifth year teaching at Berkeley.I have been lucky enough to work in every division at Berkeley. I started as a Kindergarten teacher, transitioned to Elementary, and finally ended up teaching Social Studies in Secondary School. I also work closely with Berkeley's Student Council and the Parent-Teacher Organization, and enjoy helping to organize events for the school community. I am very grateful for this opportunity to have gotten to know so many Berkeley students, parents, and teachers, as well as develop my skills and interests as a teacher. We are Berkeley!
